Eligibility for Refund & Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
✔ The product is damaged, defective, stained, or incomplete upon arrival
✔ An incorrect item was delivered
✔ The size, color, or variant differs from what was ordered
✔ The product is unused, in original packaging, and all tags/labels are intact
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
1. Report the Issue

2. Return the Product
Once approved, you will be asked to send the product back in its original condition to the return address provided by our team.
3. Exchange / Replacement Processing
If the error is on our side (damaged or incorrect item), YouJi will bear all shipping costs and dispatch a replacement.
If the exchange is requested due to personal preference or an incorrect order placed by the customer, shipping charges will apply.
4. Processing Time
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refund Policy
🔹 Delivery charges are non-refundable.
🔹 Customers are responsible for returning the product to our office.
🔹 Once the returned item is received and approved, the refund will be issued within 2–3 working days.
Important Notes
Cash refunds are not available.
Refunds are processed via bank transfer, store credit, or product exchange only.
Items returned in used or damaged condition (not caused during delivery) will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
